I grew up right here in Binghamton, NY. A Southsider from way back. I have a beautiful wife two Sons and a daughter, whom all have gone to school in the area and onto college, I never knew this property existed. 60 acres and an old building that was a meat refinery back in the day. I decided to begin the renovation task. It has been one, we cleared so much weed take over growth. Painted the building and began the interior renovation. It will take a while to get it completed, but I will get it done. I have made a huge area to park your RV's, Boats, Motorhomes etc...as well as an area still being developed for more open storage. We have over 4 football fields of open storage. I'll make you a deal just give us a call! $2 bucks a foot to start. I want to be able to restore the property and have a few services available to the community. OPEN storage and a few Storage sheds for cold dry storage!
